To initiate an RMA for purposes of ordering parts contact [email protected] for issuance of an RMA number. There is a 25% restocking fee, and all refunds are issued as credit memos, not cash.

- Serial number (if applicable)
- Reason for part return, including a description of the observed defect/symptom
Service Cancellation & Scheduling Policy
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the service order: No cancellation fee
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours after placing the order: 30% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled service visit: 50% cancellation fee applies
Service Location Accuracy
Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate service address at the time of scheduling. If an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address is provided, resulting in the need to reschedule the service visit, additional fees may apply, including rescheduling and re-dispatch charges.
